I don’t really deal with that, luckily, but I get what you mean, and I’ve started using gadgets way less too. The most I do is check my heart rate when I run. For my current workouts through the madmuscles app, I don’t use anything extra, and it doesn’t stop me from getting great results. Honestly, that’s part of the whole is madmuscles legit topic, because people worry that these fitness apps have bad programs or no personal touch. Can’t speak for every app, but this one works for me.
I stopped using fitness gadgets when I realized I was way too hooked on them. I wasn’t working out to feel better anymore, I was just doing it to close that activity ring on my apple watch. You know what I mean? Doesn’t feel like the healthiest thing.
Some cool gadgets being discussed here! I’ve been on a bit of a wearable tech kick lately—trying to keep up with fitness stuff without getting overwhelmed. Tried a couple of cheaper options before and honestly, it’s hit or miss. I stumbled on some real user takes over at fitnus and it helped me sort through the noise. Super useful if you’re not sure which ones are worth the money. It’s always good to see what real people are saying before dropping cash on something new.
