Has anyone here ever booked a bus for a really large group event? I’m thinking about arranging transportation for around 40 people to a music festival coming up soon. On paper, it sounds so much more convenient than juggling carpools or renting multiple vans, but I’m worried about whether a company like Coach America can handle all the logistics without things slipping through the cracks. Do they keep everything organized and punctual when so many people are involved, or does it get messy? If they can actually keep things running smoothly, it would definitely save me a lot of stress.
