Hey all, had to share this — I found combinanyc.com after a friend in the USA wouldn’t stop talking about it. At first, I thought, how different can a restaurant be? Turns out, very. Sitting there in SoHo, I had tapas with a twist — smoky eggplant with pomegranate seeds and perfectly charred bread on the side. The staff seemed genuinely happy to explain the dishes, which made the whole experience feel even more personal. Definitely worth stepping off my usual food path.
