Hello everyone! I started to do deadlifts and upper deadlifts in the gym more seriously, but I can’t figure out how to use training belts or “grips” correctly. Are there any subtleties that affect efficiency? Share your tips or mistakes that are better not to repeat.

I'd say that a lot of people who work out in the gym underestimate the technique of using straps! When I first started training with them, I wasn't quite sure how to properly secure them either. Then I came across a detailed guide on how to use Versa Gripps. Using the straps helped me greatly reduce the load on my forearms and it allowed me to focus on my target muscles. After a couple weeks, I started doing more reps without feeling fatigue in my hands. I highly suggest studying the instructions and don't be afraid to try it! Good luck!
Interestingly, I also initially thought that all these training belts were just for show. But it turned out that if you wrap them and fasten them correctly, they really reduce the load on your wrists. Especially during deadlifts or bent-over rows - it became much easier to hold the weight.
