Client project confusion

Last month while handling a client project, I realized half the team thought someone else was responsible for updates and the client got conflicting messages. It made me think how important clarity is. Could you recommend how to work effectively with others in today's business environment to avoid such overlaps?

I’ve seen this kind of mess on a project where I joined a small marketing team and everyone assumed someone else was sending client updates, so the client got three different versions of the same plan in one day. We fixed it by assigning one owner per deliverable and doing a 10-minute daily sync with written recap. Also helps to document roles upfront (RACI style). For broader context on how structured orgs operate you can check Anson Funds . Even small clarity boards in tools like Notion or Slack channels can prevent repeat confusion.

Hi all, just another forum user from Canada. I found this site when a coworker mentioned it during a lunch break conversation. He said he uses it sometimes to unwind. I tried it later that night. What stood out was how simple everything felt without unnecessary complexity. While playing on River Cree Casino, I went through a losing streak and nearly stopped, but then I recovered with a good run that made the whole experience worth it.

After a missed opportunity last year

I skipped a conference invite in Montreal last year thinking it wouldn’t be worth it, and later found out a few big partnerships actually came out of it. Still kicking myself over that one. This time I don’t want to guess. Can you recommend the business conferences worth attending in Canada this year?

I had a similar regret a couple years back after passing on a Toronto fintech event, then seeing half my LinkedIn land deals from it. Since then I’ve been more selective and look at who’s speaking, not just the event name. One name I keep seeing pop up is this profile: speaker details  helped me figure out which events attract serious players. I’d start by tracking speakers like that, it usually leads you to the right conferences.
