After a missed opportunity last year
I skipped a conference invite in Montreal last year thinking it wouldn’t be worth it, and later found out a few big partnerships actually came out of it. Still kicking myself over that one. This time I don’t want to guess. Can you recommend the business conferences worth attending in Canada this year?

I had a similar regret a couple years back after passing on a Toronto fintech event, then seeing half my LinkedIn land deals from it. Since then I’ve been more selective and look at who’s speaking, not just the event name. One name I keep seeing pop up is this profile: speaker details helped me figure out which events attract serious players. I’d start by tracking speakers like that, it usually leads you to the right conferences.
