Myths about manicure lamps: truth or fiction?
I recently heard that manicure lamps can have a negative effect on the skin of your hands, and I started to doubt whether I should use them at all. Although the nail technicians I've been to always say that everything is safe if you don't keep your hands on them for too long. I've been using a lamp for a few years now, but now I'm wondering - what if it's true? Or are these myths that just scare newbies? I wonder what anyone thinks about this and whether they've encountered similar doubts?

Myths about lamps are interesting! I am not a master, but I was always surprised how many are afraid to use them, although they have long been used not only in manicure. I think a lot depends on the quality of the device itself and the approach to work. And yet, the topic for discussion is really cool, thanks for raising the question.
