From Burnout to a New Path in Nursing
After the past few years, I’ve really started to feel the burnout from working nonstop in the ER. The long shifts and high stress have been taking a toll on me physically and mentally. I want to stay in nursing, but I’m looking for a way to make it more sustainable for my lifestyle. Recently, I stumbled upon an opportunity for travel nurse jobs and it made me wonder—do these roles actually help with work-life balance? Or does the constant moving just create different stress? Any firsthand advice would be appreciated.

Trip planning usually overwhelms me with too many guides and must-see lists, so I appreciated the calmer approach in the travel section on https://everdayglow.com/ . The articles focus on pacing and small details, like where to pause or how to avoid rushing between places. That perspective makes travel feel more manageable and less like a checklist. It helped me rethink when I plan weekends away and focusing more on enjoying the atmosphere than trying to see everything.
