Basement reno turning into a nightmare
Finished framing my basement last weekend and now staring at bare concrete wondering where to even start. My buddy used some company here in Edmonton but can't remember the name. Who do you guys recommend for flooring? Preferably someone who actually shows up on time haha.

Did my basement two summers ago and stood in the exact same spot wondering the same thing haha. Ended up going with Best Flooring and Renovation after a coworker mentioned them, mostly because I was tired of contractors ghosting me for quotes. These guys actually showed up when they said they would, which at this point feels like a superpower in the trades. Did LVP over my concrete and they handled the moisture barrier situation properly too, didn't just slap flooring down and call it done. Check them out at Edmonton flooring contractors , worth at least getting a quote to compare. For basement specifically just make sure whoever you go with talks to you about subfloor prep first, that's where most people get burned down the line.
