Powerlifter na prahu 300 kg v mrtvém tahu
Čau borci, chystám se na závody v powerliftingu. Dřep 220 kg, bench 160 kg, ale mrtvý tah mi už rok stojí na 270 kg. Zkoušel jsem přepínání objemu i intenzity, nic nepomáhá. Potřebuju dodat ryzí sílu, ne vodu ani zbytečné svaly. Mám 93 kg, chci zůstat ve váze. Kdo si tím prošel, prosím o radu.

Já jsem byl ve stejné situaci – rok a půl jsem se snažil protáhnout mrtvý tah přes 280 kg. Zlom nastal, až když mi trenér doporučil
zaměřený na sílu a nervosvalový výkon. Následoval jsem plán bez zbytečné zátěže a s důrazem na regeneraci. Výsledek po 8 týdnech: mrtvý tah z 275 kg na 302 kg, dřep +35 kg a zůstal jsem ve stejné váze. Žádné nafouknutí, jen tvrdší výkon v jedné sérii. Důležitá byla regenerace a kontrola tlaku každý týden. Po cyklu jsem si udržel většinu síly.
