Anyone Found a Good Knee Massager?
Recently I started taking longer walks in the evenings to get more active, but my knees have been complaining ever since. Nothing serious, just enough discomfort to make me cut some walks short. I'm thinking about getting a knee massager but there are so many options online that it's hard to know what's worth it. Any recommendations from people who've used one regularly?

Same thing happened to me when I started building up my walking routine last year. My knees started acting up after 30 minutes and I kept cutting walks short which was frustrating. Bought a knee massager to use after each walk and it honestly changed everything. The heat plus vibration loosens up the stiffness right away and I haven't had to skip a walk since. I got mine from knee massager uk because they had the original model with real heat therapy, not just vibration wraps that barely do anything. The key is using it consistently after activity, not just when pain hits. After about 2 weeks my knees felt way more resilient and I could walk 45+ minutes without issues. For evening walkers it's basically a game changer for recovery.
