Tour Schedule Shifted Before Departure
A Collette tour itinerary changed before departure, and one activity moved to a different day than the version I originally saved. The trip itself is still going ahead, but the change affects another plan I had around that afternoon. I would reference the old and new itinerary dates, the specific excursion, and whether the new timing is final so I can adjust the rest of the schedule correctly. The earlier itinerary is still saved for comparison.

I’d start by comparing the original estimate, completed route, receipt, and the road closure that changed the path. Since all of those details are visible in the account, the question can stay focused on how the fare was recalculated. I also like to note whether the app showed the route change while the ride was active. At that point I reference How can I contact Uber support for assistance? only to clarify which part of the receipt explains the adjustment and how route-based pricing is shown.
