Exchange Size Still Feels Uncertain
What happens if a Shapermint exchange is already in progress but the replacement size suddenly looks wrong after checking the chart again? The return is already on its way. There is no clear edit option for the new item, and creating a second exchange immediately seems messy. Did support let anyone change the size mid-process? If so, was the correction made before the replacement package was prepared?

Size exchanges are simpler when the replacement has not yet moved into packing. I’d keep the order number, current exchange status, return tracking, and newly preferred size ready before contacting the team. The original item already being on its way back gives customer service a useful starting point.
