That kind of before-and-after change is pretty amazing. My uncle lives near an old rail site that sat unused for years, and I remember seeing weeds and rusted fencing there when I was younger. Now there are apartments, walking paths, shops, and places for people to gather. It made me realize how much planning goes into giving neglected land a second life.
